After spending more than a decade raising six children,
Kayce Peters decided to reenter the workforce by building something of her own. With prior experience in the wastewater industry and recognizing a strong need in the local community, she launched Buenos Baños LLC on January 2, 2024. After gaining hands-on training from an established portable restroom operator, Kayce quickly mastered every aspect of the business—from servicing units and operating a pumper truck to managing daily operations.
Growth came quickly, and the company’s reputation for cleanliness and reliability began to speak for itself. For the first year and a half, Kayce managed nearly every part of the business with support from her husband, Chris, who serves as the company’s in-house diesel mechanic alongside his full-time career in mining.
As demand increased,
Kayce expanded the team by hiring her father, Rick, a retired UPS driver, who now manages three routes each week. Soon after, the company proudly strengthened its identity as a woman-owned business by hiring Hannah, whose strong driving and organizational skills quickly made her an essential part of operations. For larger events, Hannah’s husband, Eli, initially assisted part-time and has since become a key team member. Today, Eli oversees deliveries, shop operations, equipment maintenance, and logistics, playing a vital role in the company’s continued growth.
